I had to google what Ritmo Latino in Santa Ana was. It was a shop with music - CDs etc, the largest chain store with Latin music in USA at that time. Now it is unfortunately closed, but in 2009 Anahi had a promo of her new album there.
Here we have her arriving to the store for the autograph session with fans.
She is wearing black coat, white turtleneck (which looks identical as the one she was wearing in Chicago), jeans, black high heel boots and white knitted beanie.
Now as I look on this outfit, I think this turtleneck might be actually very pale pink, not white.
